The black bass is widely spread in the southern part of Europe. It can be found almost
in any lake or pond where the temperature is mild enough. Even then its presence is limited
to Spain, France and Italy.
Alle numerose specie native si sono aggiunte nell`ultimo secolo specie adattatesi
dal continente americano come il black bass. Non è raro incontrare esemplari di boccaloni
di oltre due chili pescando con sliders e poppers Il black bass è diffuso solo nella parte
sud dell`Europa. Si può trovare in molt laghi e stagni ove la temperatura sia abbastanza mite.
La sua presenza è comunque limitate a Spagna, Francia e Italia.
